| Introduction | It was frightening being in front of FOC referee Gerald Eidt, who clearly stated he does not read items in a case he is presiding over – this may be why Mr. Eidt named attorney Neal D. Nielsen a former attorney of Mr. Skousen’s as receiver of our home; Mr. Skousen giggled as he lowered his head after Mr. Eidt named Nielsen. After my objection, Eidt proceeded to name other attorneys associated with Mr. Skousen. I needed an attorney- (Mr. Eidt was recorded) (c)2009 |
