| Introduction | My name is Samantha and I am a young wife and mother. My husband and I moved to Memphis 3 years ago so he could pursue his dream job. Our children, Aiden (2.5) and Caroline (9 months) were born here, however the rest of our family is in Ohio. We are doing it on our own, one day at a time. The chaos rises to a new high every day! But, we are surviving. This blog is about our day to day lives. Everything from breastfeeding and co-sleeping to Memphis culture/politics is fair game, so be prepared! I will be brutally honest..sometimes our life is not pretty! There is a lot of screaming, a lot of laughing, a lot of crying, a whole lot of trips to the bathroom by our toddler, diaper explosions, healthy and some not-so healthy family recipes, and of course, the birth/boob horror stories. Prepare yourself, and enjoy :) |
| Interests | Sleeping when I get the chance, spending time with my husband and kids, cooking, reading..although I read a lot more board books and Green Eggs and Ham than I'd like to admit! Spending way too much time on facebook, and trying to keep in touch with everyone from home. |
| Favorite Music | Right now..Christmas music! Yes, I am one of those people who gets excited when the radio stations start blasting "Jingle Bells" (or whatever else!) before Thanksgiving! Love, love Christmas time! |
