Introduction	Most of my life involves family, children, reading, writing, education, and plant-based food. I live with the man who has been my partner since 1997, our two children, and our dog, Sirius. As an educator who teaches 8th grade English, I am dedicated to fostering lifelong learners and readers. I'm a native New Yorker of Filipino descent and love to yoga, dance, run, roller skate, and skip.
