| Introduction | Beth Ryan is a wannabe foodie and now an accidental housewife. She's been writing her Confessions of a Wannabe Foodie blog since July 2009, and launched her Confessions of an Accidental Housewife blog after her "early retirement" left her with a lot more time on her hands. Despite a lack of any formal training or evident talent, Beth has always wanted to be a writer. She enjoys food, even though she's not a very good cook. Hopefully her housewife abilities aren't as questionable. |
