| Introduction | We are parents of 4 children. At our house we are blended. First, we have(mine)Tyler, my oldest he is 20 and in college. We have 2 step-children(his) and they live with us; Caitlin 13, and Chris 12. Our youngest is Joel(ours) who is now 3.5 going on 30! He thinks he's the boss. We have been married for 5 years. We are learning what it means to "blend" our lives together and we feel like it has been a crazy stirred up ride. We have grown a lot over the few years we have been a blended family. We love the Lord and we are parents who are trying to raise our children in a Godly home. I'd love to hear about others who have successes and challenges in raising their children whether they are step-children or otherwise. I'd like to know how other mothers are adjusting to being a step-mom. Most of all I'd like to share with others what God is doing in my life and my families'life. Because without Him we can do nothing. I'd love to hear about you, your faith, your family, your struggles. We all have 'em! |
