Introduction	I am currently a stay-at-home mom to a gorgeous 6-year old daughter. She is the love of my life, even though she can be terribly ornery sometimes. I think she is already smarter than me! I am an elementary school teacher by training, and hope to return to teaching some day. I enjoy tutoring part-time during the summer months. In addition, I have a scrapping room that my wonderful, understanding husband helped complete (and now doesn't step foot into ... God bless him!) I have primarily been scrapbooking, but am now turning my sights more on paper crafting: cards and home decor.

Favorite movies	I am currently really into the old Classics movies with Cary Grant, Audrey Hepburn, Katherine Hepburn, Jimmy Stewart, etc. Netflix is my new favorite company!
Favorite music	Classic rock (ACDC, KISS); classic adult (Journey); Contemporary Country (Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, etc.)
Favorite books	"Cozy" mysteries - Diane Mott Davidson, Joanne Fluke, Janet Evanovich, Earlene Fowler I like reading educational textbooks, too (yes, I know, that's weird)
