| Introduction | Dan is an HR professional with a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to entering the Private Sector he spent 6 years as an Army Officer. Dan, once thought about becoming a lawyer, until he found out that employment lawyers, by nature, were a bunch of wimps. You can't run a sawmill or a scrapyard like Microsoft. I am all for forward thinking management, but because we actually make something and deal with real people we need to be the adults in the room. Reality matters and being an employer of choice is not by itself a business model. |
