| Introduction | I was bitten by the daylily bug about 9 years ago when a girlfriend "forced" me to take some of her divisions. Now I have a couple of hundred plants through out my garden. My first attempt at hybridizing will (hopefully) yield blooms next (2009) spring. I'm also into Plumeria, Tea roses & miniatures, Amarylis, Palms, Bamboo and whatever else tickles my fancy. Yes, I'm a "sick puppy"....and love it! My husband & I live on our own airport (93 acres)so my gardening is limited only by my physical condition at the time and my pocket book. |
| Interests | My first loves, flying, skydiving & horseback riding are on (hopefully temporary) hold due to medical issues. So I tend to take out my frustrations on my garden. I'm also dappling in web site design & blog building (this one is my second)and I enjoy just about any type of arts & crafts. |
