| Introduction | Brad and I sell real estate across all categories, but we put special emphasis on luxury waterfront homes, recreational property, farms and ranches. For 2013 our sales and pendings exceeded $3 million. Not much if you are from Manhattan (and we aren't) but not bad for a town of 42. We typically have 30 to 35 active listings and we are very active about getting them sold. Listings are great, but closings are better. Brad has a ranching, farming and hunting background and I have long-time international marketing and management experience. It is a leading combination of skills for a Montana real estate team.
