| Introduction | Jennifer is a returned daughter of Israel-Palestine. She is passionate about working to boost humanity through economic empowerment and the mind-body-spirit nourishment of yoga. A Palestinian-American, she is currently living in Israel, where she is focusing on work with Palestinian tech entrepreneurs, teaching yoga, and peacebuilding through both. Among other fun adventures in previous lives, she has presented around the world on the civil rights challenges faced by Palestinian citizens of Israel; spoken around the US to Christian audiences on theological underpinnings and human rights issues facing the Palestinian Christian community; managed an economic development and stabilization program for the US government in Afghanistan; and performed as a pseudo-professional flutist. This blog will capture her reflections on experiences returning to the region after 6 consecutive years based in Washington, DC, politically, socially, culturally, professionally.
