| Introduction | I'm a single, Christian, working mum with a penchant for making things from scratch. I try to put tasty nutritious meals on the table that my picky 4 year old will actually eat. I just LOVE to cook. So I wouldn't say I was really slaving at all, as I find cooking quite therapeutic. I believe it makes all the difference when food is prepared with love. I started cooking when I was 12 years old, a little bit from my Mum, a little bit from the Edmond's cookbook and a lot of experimentation on my own. This is my outlet to share my triumphs (and disasters) in the kitchen, and of course the occasional rant and rave. I also love music, surfing the net, reading, watching movies, taking photos, new tech gadgets, and have a weakness for nice shoes and bags. I enjoy organising small dinner parties, talking to people, making new friends, and spending time with my old ones. I can usually be found hanging out with my daughter, swimming, trying to run without tripping myself, organising playdates,blogging, trying to reorganise my desk/wardrobe/living room furniture/fridge and occasionally being a dentist. |
| Interests | I believe in doing random acts of kindness, because people are so closed and jaded in today's society, we often forget how to be kind,or just simply being nice to one another. I believe in God, that He is loving, merciful and knows what's best for us, despite what we see going on in our lives. I blog for my daughter as well, who has a congenital heart defect.
