| Introduction | Andrew Lake is a recent graduate who works as the Research and Development Manager at Lakefront Development Group. In this role, he is responsible for market research and detailed analysis that support commercial real estate development projects in the Pittsburgh and South Florida markets. He also develops and implements strategies to identify and pursue new investment and growth opportunities. His expertise includes financial analysis, project management, market research, client relations, and quality management systems, which he applies to achieve results in his position. Andy Lake earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Finance from the University of South Florida. While studying there, he was awarded the Green and Gold Scholars Award in 2020, an achievement given to first-year out-of-state students with strong academic performance. Along with academics, he was an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity for four years. As Ritual Chair, he upheld the organization’s values while leading fundraising efforts for the Huntsman Cancer Institute, demonstrating his commitment to service and leadership. |
