Introduction	Hola. I just turned 50 and am starting to Blog regularly as one of my mid-life resolutions. I am married to a sensible, introvert and we have three children. Al is 27 and lives on his own. Lolo and P are busy teens who keep us on our toes. I am a kindergarten teacher in a Spanish Immersion program. I enjoy the freedom of summer when I busy myself with creative projects, upcycling, home decorating, perennial gardens, cleaning & organizing, paper crafts, bargain hunting and time with family and friends.
Interests	Kids, Family, Elementary Teaching, Spanish, Home Decor, Upcycling, Bargains, Organizing, Paper Crafts, Music, Perennial Gardens, Books, Creativity and Chocolate!
Favorite movies	Feel good movies and romantic comedies top my list. Think of titles like "Eat, Pray, Love," "Dirty Dancing," "When Harry Met Sally," "Sleepless in Seatle," "You've Got Mail," "Serendipity" and Disney movies and you have a movie I'll enjoy.
Favorite music	Variety! Classical to Lite Rock to Jazz to New Age to Show Tunes to Solo Piano can satisfy my spirit.
Favorite books	And Ladies of the Club, Little House on the Prairie, Anne of Green Gables, The Shell Seekers, all of the Janet Evanovich books, many works by Alexander McCall Smith, and most of what my book group suggests!
