About me

Introduction	I, Meaghan Nix a working college student, am vegetarian. Even though this does not completely define who i am, it is a defining factor- everyone needs to eat to live. It is a fact. To find time to go from work, to school, to the grocery store, to prepare the food, and lastly and most importantly: to eat and enjoy the food is sometimes tasking and hard to do. I have picked the topic for this blog as an assignment so in a sense it forces me to dedicate just one day where I will conquer all of these tasks. I love food, not only eating it, but cooking it. There is nothing more satisfying than scarfing down a delicious meal prepared by your own two hands. Not only is it rewarding for me, it is therapeutic. Because I love food so much, I will also be posting about cheap and meat free options at our local restaurants in Downtown Salt Lake City. Welcome to the journey of watching me cook/eat deliciousness.
