| Introduction | After 25 years of business experience as a Director and Sr. Director with Marriott International, I retired in 2009 and started my career in commercial real estate. During my finance career, I served 16 years on the Executive Committees of 4 hotels within the United States and the Caribbean island of Barbados. My later 9 years were on the corporate level over-seeing $1.0B+ of the corporate receivables process. My business knowledge and strengths include: return on investment criteria/analysis, operational and organizational process design & measurement, leadership skills, and complete financial statement knowledge and management. Since 2009 I have over $15M in commercial real estate transactions. I enjoy representing sellers and buyers in my community. I have in depth knowledge of the retail, office, industrial, and land owners, tenants, and market. I will always do what I say I will do! I'm the only commercial agent in Blount County that focus' 100% of his time on commercial real estate just in Blount County. I'm very active in the community with the Downtown Maryville Association, Boys & Girls Club, SMiles Program, and Maryville Kiwanis. |
