| Introduction | Sewing has been a part of my life since my first Home Economics class in grade 7. Luckily we had a sewing machine at home and I was able to sew to my heart's content making clothing, accent pillows and new curtains for my bedroom. As an adult I grew away from sewing but rekindled my interest when I retired and took up quilting. |
