| Introduction | I am a gluten-free girl by design, not actual choice. But, now that this is my way of living, I don't really mind. When I first started trying to live and eat on my own ( you know, without the loving guidance of mom) it was somewhat of a daunting task at times. But, now...well now... it is just my life. And living gluten-free is not such a hard way to live. My goal with this site is to help make this way of life an even easier one.
