| Introduction | Hello! I am a twenty-two year old wife, student, hopefully-one-day mother, woman with PCOS. Symptoms start at different ages for every woman with this condition but most women have signs during puberty without knowing what it is exactly that is happening, I was one of them. I was not diagnosed until just this past year. I'm receiving care from The PCOS Clinic at UCSF National Center of Excellence in Women's Health. Not everyone is as lucky as I am to have a resource that is so fabulous so close to where they are. I want to pass on what I know now, and what I am in the process of learning. This is an open place for those who have, and are close to women, with this chronic syndrome. |
