Introduction	As an author, public speaker and educator, I specialize in generational challenges in the workplace, the home and all points in between. I speak to organizations across the US who want to learn how to effectively work with, market to, and thrive in today's multigenerational society. My book, Every Generation Needs a New Revolution, is a great start. Another passion is the life planning side of my business. While accepting that the unexpected probably won't happen to you, on the outside chance that it does, is your family prepared to endure the consequences of having no plan? My book, Planning for Tomorrow, and my workbook, Building Your Safety Net for Life can help you. As a 10+ year caregiver to my Mother who left this life in January 2006, my heart goes out to those who are now walking in my shoes. My book, A Caregiver's Journey, and my articles and presentations on caregiving are meant to bring humor, hope and a sense of "I can do this," to the working caregiver of today.

It would be made out of granite and would commemorate my speaking before a large audience.
