| Introduction | Hi, my name is Eli. I was born on March 4, 2007. I was born with many medical complications including down syndrome, a hole in my heart, breathing complications, etc. Soon after I was born, I had to have a trachea put in. I lived the first many weeks of my life in the hospital. Finally, I got to go home and live with my incredible parents- I had the best Daddy and Mommy in the world! Unfortunately, on February 19, 2009, I pulled the trachea out in my sleep and passed away. I am now an angel in Heaven and live with my Heavenly Father. I am now completely healthy and whole.
