| Introduction | I am 40 years of age & come from a large blended family. We socialise alot and most of our gatherings revolve around food. Subsequently I have battled with being overweight for a number of years. (by battle, I mean I have happily sat back and eaten whatever I please then been surprised when I finally had the courage to hop on some scales and discover I weighed a little over 130kg) I have a very supportive family but as I am the only one who has a weight problem I decided to create a blog & enlist some support from others who understand how hard this struggle is. Its great to have you along for the ride. |
