Introduction	I still do not know who I am and am trying my best to find that out. I am very soft spoken, kind hearted and always ready to help others. I am very shy in speaking in public and try to cover it with knowledge and lot of preparation. It is very difficult for me to say 'NO' and find difficulty being assertive as I always find the reason from other's point of view. I am working on changing these without being stressed with the change.
