| Introduction | I am a knowledge worker with master degree in computer, and PMP certified. I have been in the IT field as project manager, team lead, and architect for over 12 years. Having worked for a variety of organizations allows me to adapt to different client situations and recognize problems/solutions rapidly. On the soft skills side, I have about 6 years of experience in the roles of project manager, team lead, consultant, and startup entrepreneur. I almost got the funding I needed to take off my social networking site one year before Facebook was launched. On the technical side, I have created from ground up many impressive and then bleeding edge applications like web 2.0 project management tool (2001), better than Facebook social networking site (2003), highly secured online investment processing system (2008), and so on. From the use of Agile practices starting 2001, I have experienced many successes in sustainable overall team productivity improvement. |
