Introduction	I grew up in Seattle, fell in love with food through delicious, cheap happy hours and creative interesting restaurants. In the fall of 2009 life upended itself and I left an almost completed master's in Global Health and everything I knew to get dirty making wine in Oregon. Four years, countless wines, adventures in New Zealand and Australia, friends made and left and a full time job later, here I am. Dundee, Oregon. A country girl. I'm now a full time winemaker and all I can think about is how to make beautiful food from the farm and garden we live and work. What else do you do when you live in a place where there's no such thing as take out?
