| Introduction | I am the mother to three incredible kiddos, who for the most part drive me crazy! But you know what drives me more insane? ME! I seem to be ruled by food...do we have any, what am I going to make out of it, when will I eat it, will the kids eat it, can I sneak in a trip to QT for something I shouldn't eat, and the list goes on and on and on... I'm overweight and completely unhappy with myself and I am going to change all of that right NOW! |
