Mullikin’s career spans more than 20 years and includes key legislative staff roles, direct legislative advocacy, and extensive environmental legal representation. He has served on state and congressional staffs and has been an advisor and campaign manager to senior members of Congress and U.S. Presidential candidates. Mullikin has closely followed state legislation on climate change and related initiatives, monitored regulatory developments, and analyzed relevant case law. He has also worked with state leaders across the country to develop responsible climate change policies. Mullikin has led expeditions to Antarctica, Africa’s Namib Desert, Peru’s Amazon River Basin, and Australia’s Great Barrier Reef to study the effects of climate change. He is also an author and documentary producer, and has been widely published in legal and mainstream periodicals. |
