| Introduction | Being creative is essential to who I am. It makes me feel whole, and brings light and beauty into everything else I do in life: raising my two daughters, volunteering at First Church and the LYN House, spending time with my husband. Also, blogging means that I am less likely to lose the stuff I write when, say, a coffee spill on the laptop wipes out the hard drive, or my purse with my oft-used notebook inside gets swiped. After all, this is the 2000s. |
