Introduction	I write. I dream. I doodle. I scheme. Since writing is the one thing I'm absolutely certain I'm good at, I hope my work entertains you. At heart I'm a midwestern girl with her head in the clouds, but for now I'm grounding myself in Boston as I attend graduate school.

Favorite movies	classics: Singin' in the Rain, The Royal Tenenbaums, My Fair Lady, Funny Face, Newsies, Best In Show, Habana Blues, the Namesake, Dirty Dancin', Casablanca, old musicals. Current interest: German films in the vein of Goodbye Lenin!
Favorite music	I need to figure that out. I'm less categorical with music. As you can see, I'm not so discerning about music; I just need a hot beat or some beautiful storytelling.
