Introduction	Hello! My name is Kaitlyn and I wanted to use this blog as an online journal for my daily struggles and accomplishments over anorexia nervosa. I have struggled with this disease for six years and have finally turned a corner on the road to recovery. But each day has its up and downs and the eating disorder's voice still rings loud and clear. I don't know whether or not my blog will help anyone else, but maybe a little "Note of Hope" can put someone else on the right track for their life and their future.
