| Introduction | I believe, that our sexuality and the many various things that push that button is a major key in exploration of self. I also believe that the act of our sexuality in general as well as the act and practices we choose are sacred, deeply buried and when validly understood and more importantly "accepted" we can achieve a sense of wholeness and well-being. The reverse is also true guilt and shame as well as repression, will also be a huge deciding factor on our emotional and mental health and therefore our life and the lives of those we love and either live or work with. I have always fascinated by the whole concept of sexuality and fantasies, how deliciously secret our secret lives are.
