Blog of the Dead - Sophie is Lisa's first published novel and was inspired by watching Folkestone Zombie Walk 2011 and George A Romero's 'Diary of the Dead'. Set in Folkestone, it is the story of life during a zombie apocalypse, written as blog entries by a survivor called Sophie. The book combines horror, humour, friendships and love in a dystopian world where powerful friendships are quickly formed and even quicker lost, and where zombies are not always the biggest threat. |
