| Introduction | What is Airy Ripe Rakes? At Airy Ripe Rakes we believe in safe beekeeping practices - for the bees and humans - and great tasting honey! We don’t use chemicals to treat bee diseases or pest removal and we don’t cook our honey. We attempt to raise and keep bees that are naturally disease resistant and pest tolerant. We also make every attempt to provide safe forage for our bees. We can’t prevent the bees from wandering away from the ranch but we try to entice them to stay local with intentional fruit tree and forb plantings. Airy Ripe Rakes is a peaceful country place where natural goodness is derived from a lot of hard effort and God’s grace. |
