| Introduction | Dr. Zakia Gates, has been an education professional for 21 years which spans across day care instructor, middle and secondary educator, adjunct faculty, education consultant, Math teacher coach, Lead Teacher, and Education Specialist and Administrator. Dr. Gates, is a current college professor for education. Dr. Gates is also an alumni of Cheyney University of PA where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in English Education and her Master's in Education and Public Administration. Dr. Gates holds a doctorate in education from Capella University.
