Western's Community Service Learning Network (CSLN)

Introduction	CSLN is made up of a group of CSL Facilitators who actively engage in ongoing community projects with community partners. Facilitators engage students from the Western Community in identified projects and lead them in a facilitated reflection for an opportunity to critically reflect on the meaning of the service experience. Community Service Learning (CSL) is an educational approach that integrates service in the community with intentional learning activities. Within effective CSL efforts, members of both educational institutions and community organizations work together toward outcomes that are mutually beneficial. ~ Canadian Alliance for Community Service-Learning
