Introduction I create easy to follow crochet patterns for eye-catching designs using natural fibres. I live on the sunny east coast of Scotland and I’m inspired by the rural landscape & seascape around me. I mostly use natural wool for my designs - ranging from hats, socks & garments to blankets & accessories for the home - enjoying the tactileness of the yarn as I work. I attended Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, graduating with a BA Hons Fine Art (Sculpture) in the year 2000. I began writing my own crochet patterns in 2014, they’re available on my website, on Ravelry and on LoveCrafts. I’ve been published in Moorit, The Journal of Scottish Yarns & Inside Crochet; I’ve been a featured designer in Cosy Life Boxes in the UK and Crate Crochet in Australia; most recently, I had an interview about my work published in Woman’s Weekly.
