| Introduction | In 2004 when I found out I was pregnant I started going to a prenatal yoga class right away. I had such a wonderful experience and easy pregnancy that I became very passionate about the whole birthing experience. Yoga during pregnancy helped me on so many levels so I became certified in order to offer that to other women in the community. Now a mother of two little magical boys, I know the importance of slowing down a bit and taking it all in. I am also a photographer though I rarely call myself that... someday again... maybe... Until then I am loving living life through my kids eyes. They have so much to teach us. |
