Introduction	After spending a good deal of my career in the legal field, I have come to realize that I enjoy the advocacy of helping abused or underprivileged children, the elderly and animals. In short, those needing a voice. I enjoy putting together a meal for my family which is "home cooked" fresh and healthy. In this fast paced world when time is critical and the need to economize is essential, I have developed certain recipes that my friends and family have asked me to share. I have a generous heart.
