| Introduction | I've had allergies all my life but in my early twenties I developed life altering health problems. I had never felt so utterly helpless. Eventually I came to realize I needed to make the best of it, and that's when I began to learn everything I could. Through pharmacists and free seminars, Nurses, Doctors, and endless subscriptions to health newsletters. I began to learn and take back some of the control over myself. It really helped me change my outlook on life. The things I continue to learn help me feel better inside and out and I hope that my blog can in some way help anyone looking for their own answers. |
