| Introduction | I am a former military brat, present balloon twister, future speech language pathologist, and eternal wife, dancer, and student. Out of the many places I have lived and traveled to, Alaska is my home of choice. Penguins are my bird of choice and Great Danes are my dog of choice. Words are my passion; I love beautifully crafted sentences and eloquent descriptions. That said, some words really get my goat and I would not mind if the word "burgeoning" disappeared from the English language forever. |
