| Introduction | My name is Cheri. I am a Cake Builder, living in Utah. I have been decorating cakes for about 8 years. My training started at Ricks College, where I recived my Culinary Arts degree. Then I went on to get my Bachelors in Nutrition and Food Science at Utah State University. I learned advanced cake decorating from Carrie's Cakes in Salt Lake City. Then I worked for 2+ years at Lee's Marketplace, as their head decorator. I decorated all their wedding cakes, birthday cakes, specialty and made to order cakes. I now work from home and create cakes from my own kitchen. |
