| Introduction | I am an avid age group triathlete who trains with pro's and trys to race like one. I have gone from zero to better than average in a relatively short space of time and am able to relate to those new to the sport as well as those with years of experience. "Tri Bren" is hoping to bridge the gap between those who are new to triathlon and looking to take their aspirations further. A healthy and active lifestyle combined with fantastic opportunities to travel both locally and abroad, triathlon delivers this and so much more. It has taught me loads about establishing a "balance" in life, listening to your body and meeting wonderful people with inspirational stories. I hope this blog explodes with interaction amongst those who wish to share similar idea's, stories and tips for the sport of triathlon.
