Introduction	I left my Northumberland family home (were I kept Chickens and goats) in 1988 to start my Nurse Training (North London). In 2002 I moved back to the country and slowing started producing some of my own produce and crafts. I love it, every day there is some thing to learn and the people I've met though this lifestyle have been very kind both with the time and knowlege. I try to buy local animal welfare friendly when ever possible but I would rather just grow/produce my own if I can. I feel a need to work towards self-sufficiency, I guess its in my core but also We're all so far away from what we eat now in modern life.
