Introduction	What can I say about myself.....I'm overweight! I hate being overweight! I’ve tried pretty much every diet there is, HCG, Weight Watchers, South Beach Diet, Beverly Hills Diet......and the list goes on. Now I’m trying something totally new for me......a lifestyle change. No more dieting for me. This blog is to record my new lifestyle and what works and what doesn’t. I will also be reviewing recipes I find on Pinterest, exercises, and other odds-n-ends in my journey toward better health and happiness!
