| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom with 3 step daughters, and a 3 year old (almost 4 year old) daughter. I am overweight and scared about what it is and can do to me. I would like to have another child, but not until I am in a normal weight range. I refuse to attempt an unhealthy pregnancy. I also do not want to miss out on anything anymore because I feel like I am too big. I want to live life and feel confident, healthy and strong. I know it will take hard work, determination, and persistence. I also understand that when I do reach my goal, I will have to fight to maintain. I want to be a wife and mother that my my husband and children can be proud of. |
