| Introduction | Welcome to my blog. Let me tell you about who I am. I was born and raised in Cudahy, Wisconsin. My parents, now gone, raised six of us, four sons and two daughters. We keep in touch with a once-a-year family reunion and of course via the phone or e-mail. My husband and I are the proud parents of three kids, and enjoy our four wonderful grandchildren. I am a retired school teacher of both private and public education. Today, I spend much of my time educating and teaching family and friends of the importance of staying active and leading healthier lives.
