Introduction	I am a real woman. I am a mom. I have a husband. I work full time and I am working on my doctorate degree. I exercise when I can and eat as healthy as I can. I believe in moderation and that splurging every so often is OK. I know how hard it is to fit everything in each day and still try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Hence the reason for the blog. Not only is it to get me back on track, but also to share the things I and other women like me do to achieve my goals. The blog is designed as a support and accountability system for REAL women (and men too).
