| Introduction | Hey everybody, my name is Rodney Hamby and I would like to share a little about myself with you. I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA and have been, for 4 years. I have been focused on my personal fitness and physique for 14 years. Despite having a few set backs with injuries due to an auto accident, I have made successful gains in transforming my physique. I am very motivated and very persistent in my personal goals, and I bring those same qualities with me when I train my clients. I am married and have 2 children, and enjoy spending time with them. I enjoy outdoor activities, and doing mixed martial arts. My entire family is very close, and we spend a lot of time together and actually look for excuses to get together. I have had a lot of support from my family and I do my best to support my clients in their fitness and health goals.
