| Introduction | I'm a single, professional (sometimes), fairly cynical, childless-by-choice early 40's gal. I'm intrigued by my fellow human beings, like to be out amongst the masses, and am known to knock back some cocktails in the process. I often deliver shockingly foul language but with a nice smile. I have a pretty good read on people and often surprise them by my ability to see what lies beneath the surface. I'm honest and I call 'em like I see 'em but aim to do so maturely and with respect. I take what life hands me and most often I do pretty well with it, though I'm still struggling to get various aspects of my life to where I'd ideally like them to be. At times the lopsided ratio of effort vs. reward pisses me off. Maybe the point really is the battle and not the outcome, but that's not gonna stop me from trying to get what I want out of life. In the meantime while I figure all this shit out, wherever the party is at is where you will find me, because I sure as hell am going to have a good time while I'm at it. |

| Favorite music | I will listen to just about anything but pop country, bluegrass or anything involving banjos. I fucking hate banjos unless Kermit is playing it. Some favorite genres include good ol' classic rock 'n' roll, metal (all sorts), classic punk, ska, funk so dirty it'll put an ugly look on yo' face, 80's new wave, 80's pop, reggae, psychobilly, disco, classical, hip hop, jazz, latin, and the list goes on.... |
