| Introduction | Every day is an adventure in fabric and thread. I get inspiration from every day things. I count it a joy to be blessed with the gifts and talents that God created me with. I am grateful for the opportunities set before me that allow me to share of myself with those I love and those I will love. I face each day with a smile because of what I do, who I love, the people I meet and the presence of God in my life. In order to be a long arm quilter, I work at a "real" job by day. I work for a crop insurance company in Des Moines in the Information Services department. My long term plan is to retire early and quilt! My idea of a perfect day is quilting with my sisters, daughter and nieces. There's nothing like the bond of scraps and thread! |
