| Introduction | A self taught baker from a very young age I developed a passion for baking delectable treats. For me however just baking alone wasn't enough I wanted to present my goods as attractively as possible and this developed my interest in cake decorating.Cake decorating has been the vehicle that has allowed me to realise my dream. Designing,baking and decorating all form of baked goods. Now I can present a cake that not only looks spectacular but tastes delectable. Three years of training at cake decorating school, countless workshops with national and international cake decorators now allow me to launch myself into the cake industry where literally only your imagination is the limit. |
